Data Runs Deep Pty Ltd advise attendees that the following Terms and Conditions are in place for all training courses that it runs.
Chatham House Rule
Data Runs Deep Pty Ltd conducts all training courses under the Chatham House Rule. This rule states that information disclosed during a training course may be reported by those present, but the source of that information may not be explicitly or implicitly identified. Simply put, if another attendee discloses information about how they do things, then the information can be reported to others after the training course, but not the identity of the person that disclosed it, nor their employer.
We adopt this rule to nurture free and open discussion at our training courses. All attendees agree to be bound by the spirit of this rule.
Communication
Data Runs Deep Pty Ltd will contact registered attendees by email, SMS, telephone or other means to share information and updates relating to the training course. We may retain your details for marketing messages relating to future training courses which shall be sent by email or post only. You can opt out of this messaging at any time by emailing info@datarunsdeep.com.au
Content
We don't make training course content available before the day. Our decks usually have a final layer of finesse applied the day before or the day of the training, and edits are made throughout the day to ensure that the content we're presenting stays relevant. This means you can't have the slides beforehand.
We also reserve the right to alter the running order, constituent elements, topics or specifics of our training courses.
All training content, including case studies, exercises, visualisations and digital files are copyright Data Runs Deep Pty Ltd. Material cannot be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form by any means. We request that no video recording, audio recording or screencasts be made during our training courses.
Confirmation
All fees for training courses must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the training course. Bookings will not be confirmed until full payment has been made. Fees for training courses are non-refundable, except in the event that the course is cancelled by Data Runs Deep Pty Ltd.
Changes
Confirmed registrations can be transferred to another nominated person for the same training course dates. We require written authorisation from the named individual associated with the initial registration in order to process this change.
Confirmed registrations can be transferred to another upcoming course date within 14 days of the booked training course. We require written authorisation from the named individual associated with the initial registration to process this change. Bookings cannot be moved with less than 14 days' notice.
Cancellations & Rights
Data Runs Deep Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training course. Cancellation entitles confirmed registrants to a full refund or a transfer to a different upcoming course. Admission to a training course may be refused at our discretion.
Data Runs Deep Pty Ltd is not responsible for non-refundable travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred by you or by a separate party as a result of any training event.
